Governance
Nazhoen Lamtoen is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by a Secretariat Team responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of programmes and operations.
Together, the Board of Directors and Secretariat Team help ensure that the organisation remains aligned with its vision, mission and values while responding effectively to the needs of vulnerable children and families.
Accountability & safeguarding
Nazhoen Lamtoen is committed to responsible, transparent and evidence-informed practice.
The organisation continually monitors its activities, measures progress and uses learning to strengthen programmes and improve outcomes for children and families.
This commitment is supported through monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning processes, as well as approved safeguarding, human resources, code of conduct and PSEA policies that help guide responsible organisational practice.

Transparency is an important part of building trust with children, families, communities, partners and supporters.
