Together, they provide leadership, oversight and day-to-day implementation across the organisation’s Areas of Work, helping ensure that vulnerable children, families and communities receive the support they need.

The Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of Nazhoen Lamtoen’s programmes and operations. Working across child protection, shelter services, rehabilitation and reintegration, family and community strengthening, administration and finance, the team supports the organisation’s mission and strategic priorities.
