Nazhoen Lamtoen received a grant from the Bhutan Foundation to establish Community Child Protection Teams at grassroots level in Zhemgang.
The initiative is intended to strengthen community participation in protecting and supporting children, helping create safer environments in which children’s rights and voices are recognised.
By working with communities, the project aims to build stronger local ownership of child protection.
