Life-skills training supports children at YDRC

From 6 to 9 January, Nazhoen Lamtoen conducted a four-day Life Skills Training at the Youth Development and Rehabilitation Centre (YDRC), in collaboration with the Royal Bhutan Police and with support from UNICEF Bhutan.

The sessions covered emotional awareness, self-awareness, thought models, anger management, empathy mapping, decision-making, communication, stress management and relationship building.

The training was designed to strengthen practical life skills that can support children’s personal development and reintegration.
